Q. What's this site all about? A. lets you get paid for completing offers that you wanted to anyway. By signing up and completing some offers, you will earn cash that you can receive in a number of ways.

Q. Neat. Why do you ask for so many personal identifiers? Is it really necessary? A. It is. We collect personal information for three reasons :

  1. We need to know who you are. Members must be at least 18 years old and reside in a qualifying country to participate. Only one account is allowed per household. To ensure this is all true, we ask for your details up front.
  2. Tracking fails. Sometimes, you will let us know that you completed an offer, but the information will get lost in the internet void. It's rare, but we want to make sure that you are credited for every offer you complete. If we have your details, we can send a note to our partners and ask if they have you signed up.
  3. Statistical purposes. We use statistical data about our members to get a better idea of what kind of things to offer in the future.

Q. What do I have to do? A. Complete offers. Nothing else is required. Some require credit cards, some don't.

Q. How do I get paid? A. We pay via PayPal, check and gift cards.

Common Problems

Q. I can't signup! A. Check to make sure your email address isn't already in our database. If someone from your household has signed up (or someone signed up by using your email address), you won't be able to signup again. Find out by using our 'Lost Password' tool. A. If you still can't signup, fire off a letter to our support staff by using the contact form.

Q. I didn't receive credit for an offer! A. Please wait up to 30 days to see credit. It generally doesn't take this long, but there are delays. A. If you've waited, try our contact form. It's the easiest way to find out what's going on. Remember to include the date(ish) you completed the offer and what it was. A. Sometimes advertisers refuse credit for an offer. We have no control over this. We're more than happy to send them an email asking them why. If they still refuse credit, our apologies, but we can't change it.

Q. My referrals aren't showing up! A. This is completely automatic. There are certain circumstances under which we will manually credit your account. This requires fairly extensive proof that you were their referral (including a server-dated email containing your referral link to the email in question). Otherwise, the referral process is completely automated. Please ensure that you send an accurate link to refer friends in the future.
